About the Role:
McAfee is developing a compelling new consumer digital identity offering with the intent of changing the way users worldwide interact with their digital devices and online services. We are building a team of entrepreneurs that share a strong desire to innovate and impact the way consumers live their digital lives online. We are looking for a Senior CRM Strategy Manager who will report to the Director of Product Marketing and will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the CRM program.
This Senior Manager level position will work with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, UX, Engineering and our external agency partners to create an exceptional customer experience. This role will focus on real time learning about our customer – who they are and what they care about – to inform and improve our product, our offering, customer segmentation, and the customer journey. This role will then take these data based insights and develop appropriate messaging, creative campaigns, and marketing programs. This is a unique opportunity to set up the infrastructure in the most beneficial way for a new product to gain deep customer insights, and then implement marketing programs around them.
The ideal candidate has deep CRM experience and has worked across a range of insights, analytics, marketing and product, with a preference given to consumer product and applications expertise. A strong passion for the customer, which can be brought to bear across multiple disciplines within the organization, is a must. Self-starting, creative, hands-on execution, strong collaboration skills, and the desire to redefine and exceed industry best-in-class standards are required for success.
