Support Account Manager:
As a Support Account Manager (SAM) you are charged with building strong relationships between McAfee and its customer. You could be based onsite providing dedicated onsite services at a customer’s location or manage multiple accounts from our offices. Support Account Managers are an extension of the client’s team, working on a daily basis developing best practices for deployment, maintenance and optimization of your McAfee products.
With a goal to support continued renewals and growing the McAfee footprint, you will think strategically and identify opportunities for new product purchases and competitive displacements; working with the Sales team to engage them.
As a “Trusted Advisor”, whether you are working on customer site or based from our offices you will be providing the highest level of technical and customer support to specific customers. Fostering strong relationships between our customers and us and will be relied upon to provide advice and recommendations, based on best practices, for McAfee products across all levels of an organization.
You would be providing advanced level support on a set of customer nominated core McAfee Products to ensure maximum efficiency and security performance in line with business needs and risk appetite or as advised by the customer’s Operations/Security/Risk team.
